Research
A detailed UX audit was conducted to understand user behavior and identify major usability gaps in the old website. Through user feedback, analytics data, and competitor analysis, we discovered that navigation and visual consistency were the main issues affecting engagement, limiting user retention, lowering conversion rates, and creating friction in browsing experience. These insights helped shape a user-centered redesign strategy focused on clarity, interaction, and visual harmony.
Challenge
The existing site looked outdated, lacked responsive design, and had poor user flow. Maintaining brand identity while creating a modern and intuitive interface was a key challenge, especially ensuring smooth performance across devices, improving accessibility, and optimizing for faster loading speed. Additionally, aligning user expectations with business goals while maintaining visual consistency required a thoughtful approach to layout structure, design hierarchy, and interactive elements to achieve a seamless digital experience.
Process
Conducted UX research to identify user pain points.
Created wireframes and prototypes for smooth navigation.
